2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for the purpose of receiving the Services.
Ensure that any information provided to us does not violate any laws, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality agreements, or any other rights of third parties.
Use our Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
Not use our Services to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, including but not limited to unlawful marketing practices, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, account details, or other sensitive information you may provide to us.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment for the Services provided by Onyx Realty Support will be determined based on the specific package or service outlined in the agreement. All fees are due and payable according to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Invoices: We will issue invoices for services rendered, and payment is due within [X] days from the date of the invoice.
Late Payments: If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services until payment is received. A late fee may apply.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property provided by the client to Onyx Realty Support (such as logos, branding, or business materials) remains the property of the client.

We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. Any personal or business information provided to us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our relationship.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice, subject to any outstanding fees or obligations.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
By You: You may terminate our Services at any time, provided you fulfill any financial obligations incurred up until that point.
Upon termination, any outstanding fees owed for Services provided will remain due.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx Realty Support shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other financial losses.
Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Onyx Realty Support harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our Services, or any actions that violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, we agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
